Your order will be shipped by our courier service once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the destination country.
We hope you are delighted with your order, however we are offer a full refund on returns of unworn, undamaged shoes. To make a return, please email our customer service team, email@example.com, within 7 days of receiving your order to request an RMA number.
All shoes should be sent back unmarked, with the original shoe boxes and packaging provided. Please ensure when returning your order that Rupert Sanderson shoe boxes are properly protected.
Items are to be returned within 14 days of receiving the RMA number.
Items are returned at the cost of the sender. We recommend that you send your package via signed for and tracked delivery as Rupert Sanderson will not be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
