Assistant Store Manager

Rupert Sanderson are looking to hire a charming, energetic individual as Assistant Store Manager for our Mayfair boutique with a view to grow into the role of store manager.
Will need to be customer service focused, well spoken and well presented, with natural flair for keeping the shop visually pristine and who flourishes in a front of house role. Previous fashion retail experience required, ideally in the luxury industry.

Is expected to run our customer relationship management programme and will be in charge of monthly rota planning for junior staff and part timers.

Ecommerce Fulfillment and Stock Coordinator

Rupert Sanderson are looking to hire a focused, numerically gifted and well organised individual to be in charge of managing the retail and eCommerce stock efficiently.

Will be in charge of handling all eCommerce fulfillment, physically handling incoming deliveries and quality control, actioning inter-branch and inter-department transfers on a daily basis as well as the stock control system, stock takes, stock ticketing, etc.

Responsible for email communication with eCommerce customers and will be the main contact for our retail logistics and warehouse partners.

Needs to be flexible and quick in fulfilling all stock processing, allocation and communication.

Part-Time sales assistant

 
We are seeking a Part-Time experienced sales professional for our boutiques in London.
 
The ideal candidate will requisite skills to:
  • Each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
  • Develop a good relationship with our team and customers, share feedback on sales with colleagues and the Store Manager in order to improve customer service
  • Take part in merchandising, stock take, organization of stock-room and on occassion stock intake of goods received in order to maintain best selling stock is available
  • Cover Holiday time for full time Sales Team

Profile: At least two years experience in the fashion or luxury retail goods, also you must have excellent communication skills and good knowledge of sales, reliable and punctual.
