Return Policy

Rupert Sanderson will refund any footwear purchases bought from our online web shop once we are in receipt of the unworn returned item, this must be returned within 14 days together with all the original packaging and enclosed return slip.

If an alternative size is required, please call us to reserve a new pair. These will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received in resalable condition.

If an alternative style is required, please return your purchase as detailed above and repurchase as before.

It is entirely up to you how you return your order. However, we recommend that you insure your parcel as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
