A) Retail and eCommerce Coordinator
The primary role is to assure the highest efficiency in all retail and e-commerce operations through in-depth analysis and precise action on all company systems and databases.
Key Performance Indicator
* Efficiency of email and online marketing campaigns
* Accuracy of web shop stock availability and up-to-dateness
* 100% functionality of EPOS systems in UK and France
* Optimal stock distribution between all locations
* Timely re-order proposals and order insertions
* Accurate reports of retail key figures across all channels
Day to day activity
Email and Online Marketing: Segmenting of customer database for targeted email marketing on a continuous basis; SEO and PPC optimization and keyword analysis to drive traffic, monitoring online customer activity patterns, liaising with PR department on Social Media activities
Website platform administration: Optimizing product sequencing, Assuring timely upload of new product, assuring website stock level accuracy gathered from multiple stock locations
EPOS till administration: New product creation on two distinct EPOS systems via csv-file import and database export using VBA script and SQL; inserting purchase orders; barcode generation; updating product details such as RRP for all regions.
Merchandising: Monitoring stock levels in all locations and initiating transfers; preparing suggestions for reorder opportunities; following up the order process after the buying sessions
Retail analysis: Preparing spreadsheets and graphs of sell though reports, like for like reports, best sellers, etc based on regional and international retail and eCommerce data
B) Part-time retail sales assistant
Rupert Sanderson are looking to recruit a 4 hours per day part-time retail sales assistant. The position would suit a Cordwainers or Fashion student with a passion to sell who would like to work in an inspiring environment.
